Communications, Programs & Interpreting Services Coordinator, staff member since 2026

Caleb joins NVRC's staff part time in August 2026, and will be working with Cheryl Gault on Office Programs and Interpreting Services coordination.

Caleb is Deaf and brings a diverse background in customer service, office operations, team leadership, community outreach, and accessibility. Caleb spent more than seven years with CVS Health, including leadership responsibilities, and has also worked in hospitality, event planning, and front-office operations.

He's particularly passionate about Deaf history, accessibility, and community engagement. His research into Deaf history was recently featured in The Virginia Room Quarterly, and he's interested in building connections across the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community here in Northern Virginia.
