Description:
Join us for an informative virtual fire safety presentation designed to help keep you and your household safe. This session will cover essential fire prevention strategies, including common causes and practical steps to reduce risk. Participants will also learn how to create and practice their home fire escape plan, ensuring everyone knows that to do in an emergency. In addition, we will highlight key Fire and Rescue Department programs and initiatives that support community safety and preparedness.
Instructor Bio:

Wyleng Liew is a Life Safety Education Specialist with over 20 years of experience with the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department. Their dedicated team of educators are focused upon delivering risk reduction programs for children and adults, reaching thousands of community members each year through education and outreach initiatives focused on fire prevention and "Preventing the 9-1-1 Call."
