Opening Doors- Unlocking Potential 2013

About this 7th Annual Professional Development Institute
The opening session for ODUP 2013 will provide an overview of the National Agenda goals and give Virginia’s teachers of the deaf/hard of hearing (TODHH), related service providers and all who work with students who are deaf or hard of hearing in Virginia schools the opportunity to reflect, give feedback and set goals as we continue to move forward to improve student outcomes

Presentations will emphasize language and communication access, the continuum of placement options and services, ever-changing technology, and transition needs, all to energize you for the new school year.

A very special student will close with reflections on her public school journey and a challenge for educators.

TODHH have a special opportunity to  attend a Pre-ODUP session on I’m Determined!  Click on the “I’m Determined” tab for more details.
