AT&T Updates Text Accessibility Plans

AT&T customers who are deaf and hard of hearing and have a qualifying Data Pro Text Accessibility Plan (TAP) will now be able to use FaceTime over AT&T’s 4G network. Both new and existing customers with Data Pro TAP plans who want to enable this feature should contact the National Center for Customers with Disabilities at 1-866-241-6568 (Voice) or 1-866-241-6567 (TTY).
Customers who prefer to use FaceTime exclusively over WiFi do not need to contact the National Center for Customers with Disabilities. New customers who would like to subscribe to a TAP plan must provide proof of hearing loss. Read more . . . →
