Sonic Alert products are part of geemarc Telecom SA (GTSA). geemarc Telecom Ltd. was founded in 1974 in the UK, they were pioneers of cordless telephones in Britain. As their company became more international, they relocated their headquarters to northern France in 1991 and became geemarc Telecom SA.
Sonic Alert Product Manager Eddie Brink actually remembered me from the HLAA conventions in Nashville and Milwaukee, and we had a nice chat about a couple of new telephones he wanted me to mention this year. The first is the geemarc BCP 400 model which offers a talking caller ID and a big display phone. Its features help people with vision and hearing loss, and the phone offers a 40dB gain. The other is the new Amplidect6.0, a cordless speaker phone with 40dB amplification. You can contact Eddie for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit www.geemarc.com.
