New CD Anthology Featuring Musicians with Hearing Loss

November 25, Rockville, Maryland: A new CD titled “Hear This! Music from the Association of Adult Musicians with Hearing Loss”, has just been published.

Cellist Paul Silverman noted that  “The hearing loss we share is central to the meaning and importance of the CD. I think having our bios enclosed in the jewel case helps to give some personal identification to the performers.”

Nancy M. Williams, Founding Editor, Grand Piano Passion™, an online magazine that celebrates musicians with hearing loss, says of the CD anthology: “Listening to these vocal and instrumental selections, we honor the artists’ commitment to making music. We recognize the artists’ ability to hear deeply within–a kind of hearing that triumphs over hearing loss–and to create music that attracts us with its brilliance.”

This CD anthology would make an inspirational gift for all people with hearing loss who have a special connection to music. It is not for just accomplished musicians but also adult students with hearing loss and people with hearing loss contemplating taking up an instrument. Lastly, it will be a source of listening pleasure for people with hearing loss who love listening to music.

The CD anthology is available for sale on Createspace (https://www.createspace.com/2170175)
