Job Opening: Program Analyst – Disability and Reasonable Accommodation Division

 

The U.S. Department of State is looking to fill a Program Analyst position in their Disability and Reasonable Accommodations Division (DRAD).  DRAD, which is located in the Department’s Bureau of Human Resources, Office of Employee Relations, is responsible for assisting employees and applicants with reasonable accommodation requests, providing disability awareness training and outreach, and coordinating selective placement activities for the Department.  The incumbent serves as a technical advisor to the Reasonable Accommodations Coordinator, Division Chief, and Department employees on all disability and reasonable accommodation issues, providing research and analysis services, technical advice and guidance, disability awareness training, and coordination and disposition of reasonable accommodation requests.
