Noel Crosby of AuDBling is an audiologist who combined his career choice and his artistic talents to create cochlea-themed gifts with a message.

“Not only are they beautiful and fun to wear,” says conference book blurb on AuDBling, “they also are a natural conversation starter and can lead to an open discussion on hearing loss and the benefits of treatment.”

Mr. Crosby’s hope is that the  lovely spiral shape of the cochlea can do for hearing loss what the pink ribbon has done for breast cancer.  The AuDBling jewelry for sale at the conference was striking and very tempting.  On display were necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pendants, and even a belly ring.

In addition to the jewelry, AuDBling sells tee shirts (“Hear with your Ears…Listen with your Heart”, silk screened ties, and even a dog collar bandanna (“Bark with your mouth, Woof with your heart”).

You can learn more and see photos of the merchandise at the AudBling website.
